If you’re looking for a long-term commitment, our locked-in contract option may be the best fit for you. This membership provides you with access to all of our facilities and services for 12 months. Locked-in contracts often offer the most affordable rates, and can be a great way to stay motivated and committed to your fitness goals.
On the other hand, if you prefer more flexibility, we also offer no locked-in contract memberships. This option allows you to pay as you go. This is ideal for those who may have an unpredictable schedule or those who want to try out our gym before committing to a longer-term membership.
Additionally, we offer annual memberships for those who want to save even more. With an annual membership, you can enjoy all of the perks of our gym for a full year, at our most affordable rate.

At TGM GYM Bracken Ridge, we understand that life can get busy and unpredictable, and that’s why we offer membership suspensions for those who need to take a break from their fitness routine.
If you need to put your membership on hold, we offer suspensions for up to 8 weeks per year. To request a suspension, simply email our friendly team at least 7 days before the start of your desired suspension dates. This ensures that we have ample time to process your request and ensure that your account is properly placed on hold. Please note that we do not accept suspension requests over the phone for security reasons.
It’s important to keep in mind that if you do not email us with your suspension dates, your account will not be placed on hold, and you will continue to be charged. Therefore, we highly recommend that you plan ahead and let us know as soon as possible if you need to take a break from your membership.

If you are not a member of our gym, you are more than welcome to visit us during staffed hours and pay for a casual visit. Our casual visit fees are affordable and flexible, allowing you to visit the gym on a one-off basis whenever it suits you.
Our staffed hours vary depending on the day, so we recommend that you check our website or contact us directly to find out the current staffed hours.

At TGM GYM Bracken Ridge, we welcome individuals of all ages to join our gym and experience our facilities. However, for insurance purposes, there are certain age restrictions that apply.
To join our gym, you must be 14 years of age or over. If you are under the age of 18, a parent or guardian must sign the membership agreement on your behalf. This is to ensure that you are aware of the terms and conditions of membership, as well as any other important information regarding the use of our facilities.
We take the safety and wellbeing of our members seriously, and that’s why we have age restrictions in place. We want to ensure that our facilities are safe and suitable for individuals of all ages, and that everyone who joins our gym can enjoy their fitness journey with peace of mind.

At TGM GYM Bracken Ridge, we have staffed hours and 24-hour gym access to cater to the different needs and preferences of our members.
Our gym is staffed from 10am to 7pm from Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, 3pm to 7pm on Wednesday and from 6:30am to 10am on Friday. On Saturday, our staffed hours are from 9am to 12 noon. During these staffed hours, our experienced and friendly team will be available to assist you with any queries or provide support and guidance as needed.
Outside of these hours, our members with 24-hour gym access can still use the gym any time of the day or night, 365 days a year. This option provides greater flexibility for those who prefer to work out at different times or have a busy schedule that requires early morning or late-night sessions.
Please note that the gym is unstaffed on Sundays and all public holidays. During these times, members with 24-hour gym access can still use our Brisbane gym, but our team will not be available to provide support or assistance.
